The staff is helpful and professional. However, the real seller here was the Website. They manage many nice properties in Studio City, NoHo areas, and the website made it very easy to search and setup appointments to see the apartments. Then, upon choosing our place, the staff was very helpful in agreeing to remove a problematic and unsightly mirror from atop the fireplace. On top of this, we received a fantastic move-in deal that was just the icing on the cake. Rebekah was the leasing agent who assisted us and is, by far, one of the nicest and most personable leasing agents I've ever worked with, and I've rented in Chicago, Laguna Niguel, Long Beach, and Orange before this. I'ld definitely tell anyone who is looking in LA, check their website and contact them. Nice properties and easy to work with!
