They should think about employing politer and nicer staff.
As a client, I will never go back to a hair salon where you walk in and ask for a haircut, the receptionist says ""let me see if I can get someone to do your haircut"", and asks more than 5 ""hair stylists"" laying back in their chair: ""do you want a haircut!? no!?"". Then, gets back to you and says: ""we can do that, but it takes about half an hour""!!!!!!
