We arrived around 8pm on Friday night to a pretty full restaurant. Water took 10 min, a second drink request took another 10. About 30 min into our sitting, we were shown the a la carte apps, chosing one. The waiter walked away before I could tell him we wanted to order another off the menu. After we had him flagged down, he took our order for another app. We then had to ask to order our entree (because we had been there for about 40 minutes already). They came out REALLY fast and were delicious BUT on the lukewarm side. Definitely had been just hanging out in the kitchen for a while. So food was great, would have been extraordinaire if hot, and it seemed there was ONE waiter for the entire front part of the restaurant (at least 20 tables).
Pros: Great food, great atmosphere
Cons: not enough waiters
