Nice staff. Honest with me about the work. My hard drive died on my ibook and they replaced it with a new one. When I got it back they even managed to recover my data. All I know is that taking it to circuit city would have meant about $200 bucks more for the same job to have some kid who doesn't know what he's doing work on it. It did take them about 3 days to get my laptop back to me, which seems to me like a long time, but I was happy with it when I got it back.
