Review content:
I had bridge work done. The cost for the dental work that I needed done exceeded $3500. After the work was completed, I experienced pain & discomfort so I called & informed them of the situation. I was told to come in immediately. When I arrived, I was taken back into a small cubical (not very private) & told to bight down on a black strip. The dentist then began drilling my natural teeth away to make a bridge fit that was raised up to high that he had fitted & put in. The dentist never billed my insurance, nor did he write in my chart that I was seen regarding this issue. I went in again, 2 yrs later and there was 1 lady that was very kind & assisted me with the issue, whereas the other ladies behind the window were muttering things under their breath while the window was open so I over heard what was being said (very unprofessional). I followed up with another dentist (from Tompkins Dental) & he informed me the bridge didn't fit, hence why I was having issues with it. My insurance will not cover any repairs because it was less than 2 years ago & I'm being told that the work the previous dentist did from their establishment will not be fixed unless I pay out of pocket. I now have a broken bridge & 2 of my natural teeth (above the bridge) that were damaged in order to cover up an error made by this establishment is unfortunate. I was told the owners were being informed & would contact me. I haven't heard anything from them. I can't find anyone to work on the bridge due to liability concerns. I hope no one else is left in this situation. This establishment is unethical, unsanitary, & unprofessional. Please beware! If anyone else has experienced anything like this, please come forward & say something. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
