San Tan received hlf money up front. We checked with the city and San TAn never filed a building permitt. This is what we supposedly were waiting for. Do not give them any money!! We started this fiasco 2 July and have nothing to show for with our hard earned money Now it's come to them not answering the phone like a coward
Cons: paid 2000 up front and now can't get a fon call returned
