Review content:
We contracted IDP on 8/11/10 to do a detailed feasibility study that would take them 6 - 8 weeks for the final output. Here it is ten plus weeks later, and they are not even at the halfway point. They are always asking for another week, but that week eventually turns into 2 more weeks, and so on. They have not come through with any deadlines and we simply want our refund for them breaking the 6 -8 week contract. We have emails to prove that they are 100% at fault for the inability to deliver the study within the 6 - 8 week time-frame. It's not our problem that they ran into personal issues, etc. The customer should not suffer for that. They have expressed that they see no need to refund us the $4250 initial deposit. We are out of that amount of money and have nothing to show for it. There's something wrong if you think you can sign a contract to deliver a product in 6 - 8 weeks, fail 100% on the project and not be liable for refunding the customer in full. ***I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!***
