Review content:
I took my car here 11 months ago and had $1600 worth of work done, including 5 new tires. When I purchased the tires, the owner (who I guess is the former owner now) told me there was a 50,000 mile warranty. Last night my husband noticed that the tread on the tires was half gone. So I called the shop and asked them what I needed to do for the warranty. I was told they had to call the company and someone would call me back. 3 hour later I again called the company and asked about the warranty. I was told there wasn't a warranty through the company and the new owner wasn't going to honor what the previous owner told me. So now I have to fork out another $740 for new tires before winter. And the best part? The guy that said he would call me back couldn't even be bothered after he called the company. I had to call them.
