Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception because I have, also, never had a dental experience better than this one. The staff was super friendly and caring and the two women who took care of me fell nothing short of wonderful. They told me everything that they were doing before they did it, checked consistently (not annoyingly) to make sure I was doing ok, and were more aware of my non-verbal pain indications than I was (making the necessary adjustments to ensure my comfort).
The receptionist who made my appointment for next time was extremely helpful with my questions and concerns about appointment changes and whitening services. She even took the time to explain the different types of whitening that they offer in a way that made me feel like I was her best friend. Loved her!
As for the location, I could not be more satisfied. It is in the middle of the business district by Palomar Airport, which makes for a quiet, business like setting while still being close to home.
All in all, I have never had a dentist appointment go so well in my life. Who knew you could leave a dentist's office feeling refreshed and happier than when you walked in? A+ guys. A+!
