I have to say my experience with Golden State Credit and Brenda Dee was very pleasant, she worked with me to resolve my outstanding bill and helped me get it off my credit!! I must say regretfully that I had to deal with 3 collection agency's recently to fix my credit and this one by far was the nicest and most helpful staff by a mile, so that is why I am taking my time to write this!! I'm sure in this business it is really hard to please everyone..no one wants to be in collections so I'm sure they deal with nasty people everyday, as I can see in the 2 reviews already.......Brenda Dee thank you so much for all you're help and time spent helping me resolve this, I give you 5 stars!!
Pros: helped me clear this off my credit!!
