Dear Steve, This is a special Thank You for my new Rainbow! Out of all the years we have been friends I really wish you would of convienced me I NEEDED a Rainbow before now. I don't know how I got along without it. It is the most efficient machine I have ever owned. I can actually tell my home is cleaner than it ever has been. I admit I am not the best housekeeper in the world but now I am clean. Ever since I got it home and began to use it I have actually been looking for things to clean. It cleans so much better than anything I have ever used and takes the drudgery out of cleaning as I can see the difference and enjoy the easiness of cleaning. I guard it with my life. The first time around the house makes it look like a brand new home. It is so great on the cracks and small spots. I just can't thank you enough. It cleaned the carpet like it was new, spots came out that I thought where there for life. On the spots all over the house I thought were clean they actually were not but thanks to my Rainbow and the kindness of your heart they are now. Thank you - is all I can say and I feel that is not enough. Love to you and yours, Mary Hall
