My experience was AMAZING! From the minute I walked in there was a positive energy at Batia & Aleeza's. Friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable (1st timer) and that it was all about me. I was lucky enough to get Beatriz who checked out my hair while making light conversation, which made me feel I had made the right choice in my decision to come here. Another client who HAD to be the inspiration for the lead in ""Brave"" with the most beautiful red curls I had ever seen was talking about her book, ""Resurrecting Venus"" just as I was swooped up for my deep conditioning treatment (book sounded like a bestseller!) Once done, I was sent to Batia for my cut. I felt a little nervous, but Batia made me feel at ease, she talked to me telling me what she was going to do before she did anything. Beatriz finished up with the blow dry and WOW! My hair look great and I felt beautiful. Their products, especially the hair gel is the secret, don't leave without it. I have been with my boyfriend going on 12 years and when he picked me up he said, ""I like your hair!"" something he never said before.
