I found this salon using the internet; I wish I'd paid more attention to the bad review about having bright red hair! EXACTLY the same thing happened to me - I was supposed to be getting my subtle strawberry blonde hair touched up at the roots, and came out with PINK roots. This was after THREE attempts to get it right.
Batia is certainly friendly - however, she is also dismissive and pushy (as were all the staff; one tried to sell me earrings!) She has no interest in listening to what YOU want, until you start having to complain about the hack job they are doing! At one point my hair was even bright orange. I paid $200 and was kept waiting for 30 mins before they even began.
Just don't go!
