Review content:
Made reservations for New Year's Eve. Big mistake. I'm not sure why they take reservations. We were told our table would be ready in 20 min. The place was a zoo. The hostess was screaming into her microphone to announce names. It was so crowded that I'm sure it was in violation of fire codes. Had I known they were 2 hours off schedule by their 6 o'clock reservation, we would have left. I understand that overbooking is a common practice for this restaurant. I think the management needs to look up the definition of ""RESERVATION"" . Although the food was good, the steak ""great"", I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone. We have a lot of good places to eat in the surrounding area. In todays economy I would rather spend my money at a restaurant that has better customer service.
