I have found Homefinders Plus Real Estate to have some of the laziest and most unknowledgable agents in the area. Phone calls are never returned promptly, even by the owner Monica. I would especially never use this company to LIST a home because they really only care about the buyer and even that care is done in an unknowlegable and unprofessional manner. Some of the agents really have no clue about what they are doing other than showing someone a house. Also, why would anyone care about all the personal information listed about each agent, such as where their children attended collage? Are you looking for an efficient, knowledgable agent or someone to hang out with?
Pros: Advertises more than other offices
Cons: Lazy and inattentive to details
