The first time I went to thomas furniture sveral years ago i purchased two chase lounges, it took them almost 6 months to get them. I could not get my money back because their return policy is ""in store credit only."" that is what I was told by an associate and the manager. their knowledge level is very low. I was dumb enough to go back to buy a bunkbed, it only took them 2 1/2 months this time. Once you pay for your items you are on your own. Customer service is non-existent. My overall opinion and experience there was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DONT SHOP THERE!!!
