my husband and i are great fans of mongolian grills however chang's is so bad it might have ruined it for us. the grills we have frequented in the past served raw, not frozen meats, that looked appetizing, a wide variety of fresh vegetables and numerous sauces. chang's uses frozen meats that are sliced and when cooked all had the same consistency, which was weird. the vegetables were ok, not much variety. the sauces sucked- you really didn't know what to use but that didn't matter because once it got cooked it all tasted the same. they put so much water on the grill to cook the frozen meats that all your sauce is washed away. they rotate the food around the outside of the grill so you always end up with food items from other people's entrees. the grill is so dirty that EVERYTHING tasted just like the grill smelled. we tried pork, chicken, beef, and lamb- all loaded with a ton of sauces and spices- and they all tasted exactly the same. chang's is the old country buffet of mongolian grill- nothing tastes great but you can get alot of crappy food cheap. also, my husband and ii were on the toilet immediately afterwards and it wasn't pleasant. heed my warning- don't go there!
