Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I have tried to give them multiple chances because their prices are so good, but the Frank Door sales staff are pompous ""jack-o-lanterns"". I honestly have had better experience with their door builders who I happen to catch walking through the store. Whoever owns this business should really take a look and a listen to how the sales staff treats their customers.
