My puppy broke his leg, I was quoted 2200-3500 for an orthopedic surgeon, on top of the $400 I spent at the animal hospital just for an x-ray and consultation. The vet tried to talk me out of keeping him and relinquish ownership - my mother found the sno-king vet and I called and they quoted me 800-1500! Which is much more affordable than the other option. My puppy had is surgery and came home the next day, I went in a week later for a recheck and that appeared to have gone well so I am bringing him back this week for a final x-ray and hopefully to get his cast off.
This vet is very kind, caring and actually cares about your pet. I would recommend this vet to everyone.
Pros: Inexpensive compared to most animal hospitals, caring..
Cons: Having to wait all day to pick your animal up for a checkup
