I am local to the area and needed a replacement pane of glass for a storm door. I called Binswanger and ordered the glass, specifying my dimesions clearly. The saleswoman even repeated them back to me. They called once my order was in and I picked it up (having to wait while they wrapped it). I got home and unwrapped my package and discovered that the dimensions were completely wrong (over 6 inches on either side wrong!). I immediately called Binswanger and told the same saleswoman of the problem. She never apologized, and merely said that she would call the company and order a new panel. Somewhat perturbed I took the panel into the shop the next afternoon and was told to ""just leave it on the counter"" by the same saleswoman. She acted annoyed and failed to provide me with an approximate date when the re-ordered glass would be in. She also never apologized about failing to provide me with what I had already ordered and paid for. I don't know how this company screens for its employees, but the salespeople in this place are increadibly rude, and the service is horrible. It's winter before Christmas, and they acted like it was my fault that they messed up my order! I would definately skip this place (they can't even get a simple storm door panel ordered correctly, and obviously don't check their outgoing orders for accuracy!). This place will never get my or my family's business again!
