I called this company to tow my car with a flat tire off the West Seattle bridge to a nearby tire company - about 3-4 miles. There was snow on the road that day. When I asked how much it would be, they said they didn't know - it depended on time and distance. Well, I just looked at my credit card and they charged me $218. I think this is a totally unreasonable amount for the time it took them. They said they charged everyone that because of the snow. I would have been better off letting the city impound my car. I will not use this company again.
