People like this is why our world is today. The prey on parking lots for the car they want to tow and take them even if you are in an authorized parking lot. The owner is a heavy smoker who will continue to blow smoke at you just to irritate a person. He allows employees to smoke in the office which is the most filthiest places I've been in. He is allowing his employees to take cars that have a right to park in an authorized lot and ripping people off for hundreds of dollars. Rude and just plan wrong. Would not let us take anything from our car including much needed medications unless we paid a fee of $100. My stuff had been rifled through and I felt so violated. In the end I am out $459 and a headache. If at all possible watch out in seattles sodo district!!!!
