Review content:
I am going to write a review because they asked me too spread the word and because they are trying to grow through getting the word out about their service.
I feel like they deserve a bit of my time as I asked for a LOT of theirs and never once was thought of as a pest.
My story? Well you know that new car feeling? I do I still have one even after being in a horrific accident to my new Cadillac!
I only had it for three months when a *&^%ing idiot decided it was more important to talk on her cell phone than watch were she was going and I watched in the mirror as she obliviously rear ended me causing almost 20k's worth of damage to my new baby.
I screamed and yelled but the insurance company would not total my car. Then they tried to send me to ""one of their shops"" yea right!!! Like I would trust a insurance company to ""do the right thing"". I called me dealer, they said we use Exotic, I asked a few people who I know are into cars, Exotic again . Finally I looked online and did my homework and I have to say if I hadn't already had had the recommendations I would have been a little skeptical of 50+ 5 star reviews. I went ahead and towed it there.
These guys know there stuff I had questions and was really worried about it just never being the same. Mark there walked me through every thing and from the very start I had peace of mind. I told them I wanted to see it before they put it back together (I know, nightmare customer!) they complied. I told them I wanted to read test it before accepting it and signing off, again no problem infact they were happy about it! they said we dont mind showing off a little!
End of story is I now have been driving the car for a month and I cannot tell the difference in handling, I have washed and waxed it twice and the paint and trim is as it was.
Honestly, these guys fixed a very scary situation for me and DESERVE to do well reap the rewards.
Cons? none just the time frame but thats not something you can control if you want it done right
