I appreciate the up-front honesty from Exotic Motors. They kept me informed every step of the way. I first went to a location that was recommended by the insurance company of the person that hit me and my kids. I felt like the information they were giving me was vague and inaccurate. After being recommended by Michael's Toyota, I decided to stop by Exotic Motors in Bellevue. Immediately they did a free estimate and showed me all the damage that the first place failed to do. Within 15 mins I had a rental car that was able to fit my family of five and was told that everything was going to be taken care of. I felt like they were truly on our side. I went to pick up our car a few days later and not only did it look as good as new, it was detailed inside and out!
