Review content:
I brought my car in for an estimate after reading reviews and checking and comparing prices at other shops. I thought I had done my homework... Most people that have a problem with their car take it in to a car shop with the expectation to have it fixed. The guy who helped me was incompetent. He was unhelpful and uninformative -- ""Lucky me"" to fall into his hands ?? I specifically asked for an estimate for specific repairs to be done and I pointed out the exact problems that needed to be repaired. The guy acted as thought he understood what I wanted and verbally agreed to e-mail me estimates for all the repairs. Later it became obvious that he either tried to set me up or simply forgot one of my request. I was shocked and disappointed when I picked up my car. I attempted to explain that they did not do what I asked and they responded with a bunch of auto repair jargon referencing diagnostic codes that mean nothing to me. I felt like a patient argue with an arrogant doctor about the ""diagnosis codes"". I soon realized there was no point in arguing and I was wasting my time. Just a price to learn a lesson -- Don't believe anything they say. Make sure you CONFIRM EVERYTHING with them in WRITING if you must go here !!
