Review content:
This may be the place for college students but for the money we spent, the food was below par and the service was poor. We ordered and told to go pay. 30 minutes after paying I inquired about food order and learned that my ticket was lost. I also learned 3 three other tickets had been lost. Food is just laid on the counter and the item is called out. The order is not called all at once with the person's name, just the name of the item. Anyone can walk up and grab the food. I suspect this was the case when I observed 3 intoxicated men (students?) come in sit down and each walk up and grab food as it was called but had no receipt. Once I inquired about my order it took another 15 minutes. The cheeseburgers were burned on the outside and very red in the middle. The grilled cheese was okay but the cheese pizza had a lump of cheese in the middle and sauce all around the outside. For $30 I would have expected more than ""college dive"" service. This establishment is a poor reflection on the William & Mary community.
