I rarely comment or complain on these type of sites but feel I need to share my experience as to help others who may be researching funeral homes for their loved ones. I helped arrange my brothers funeral at Lotz in August 2012. I would not recommend Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton VA because there was just too many mistakes that should not have happened and one of the mistakes on their part cost me time and money. The staff was not very professional, the funeral home cars were dirty. The establishment is very outdated. Not impressed and cannot recommend. This is my honest opinion.
