I have visited this restaurant several times and had great experiences! Great food, great ambiance and great service! Today, however, was another story. I went with coworkers for lunch and the service from the waitress was awful. She had a bad attitude, had to take our orders twice and eventually forgot to input an entree and instead of coming to the table and apologizing for the delay she just said "the kitchen is cooking it." When asked by another employee about the entree she went ahead and said "I can't get it out of my a**" a couple feet away from our table. The male servers were extremely helpful and doing all the things the waitress should have been doing (i.e. taking our plates and filling our drinks). She didn't even thank us when handing over the checks. It doesn't take much to share a smile and manners with your patrons especially since it is your job.
