Review content:
For the hefty price of $38, we brought a gold ring to be sized down to this establishment at the recommendation of a family member. When the ring was returned to us with an entirely different finish (despite Mr. West's promise that it would be returned as presented), we complained. It was refinished twice more with further dissatisfying results. We complained about the poor quality and asked for a refund. In response we were sent a rude and unprofessional letter (full of spelling and grammatical errors) with the following closing remark: ""I believe if your wedding band was in a disasters [sic] form you clam [sic] it was you would not have left the store with it."" If you care to suffer the aggravation of dealing with this individual, be prepared to camp out in his store until you receive proper customer care. AVOID.
