i used to go to von auto until they're service became negilgent. my air and cabin filters hadn't been changed in two years, my steering wheel wasn't working properly yet when i told this to ben (the owner) he kept telling me that it was just the brakes and typical of the make of my car, but when i took it to another mechanic they told me that it needed to be fixed and was dangerous in its current condition so they fixed it. i also have noticed that i was not being treated like wasn't important. i was saddened by my last few experiences and extremely disappointed that these things were so grossly neglected as i had been satisfied with von auto's service in the past, but no more. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
