I have used this company and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I feel like the only thing they did for me was take my money over and over again. My property was maintained and vacated in a horrible condition and all they did was send me another bill. They never called me, they never checked on the interior of the home. They also allowed the tenants to treat the home like a slum. I had photo and video documentation that I have left the home is excellent condition for the most part but I didn't even recognize the house after the tenants left after 2 years of occupancy. Use them at your own risk!
