We are really surprised about the bad reviews. We had a great experience with them. Our salesperson was Rene Joiner in internet sales and she was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and she explained everything, including the fact that they don't fill up the gas tanks due to the fact that they are a wholesale dealer. We understood that they sell so many vehicles per day that it would just be too costly for them. I saved money and time by handling everything over the phone. We knew the prices of the vehicles that we were interested in before we arrived. She explained that the process would go smoother if we had some idea of what we wanted and we were able to submit our trade information online before we even got there. Once we arrived, we realized why she said it would go smoother if we knew what we wanted because the place is huge and they have so many cars.
Rene greeted my husband and I when we arrived and explained the whole process and even though it's different than most dealerships, at least the ones that we were use to, we were very happy with everything. There were no surprises and she wasn?t pushy at all. What a relief it was to meet a salesperson who was nice and understood our needs. I have recommended Rene to everyone I know wanting to purchase a used vehicle. The process is a little long, just like at other dealerships, but it was a wonderful atmosphere to wait in. I can tell you that it is one of the busiest dealerships that we have ever seen, but they even have a Deli inside and the food we ordered was good. We could see Rene was busy with other customers, but she always stopped to take the time to make sure that we were comfortable. We drove off with our vehicle and we were very happy. She even contacted us the next day to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. See Rene Joiner ? she was absolutely wonderful! We will be back for our next vehicle!
