I just bought my car last night and I am so happy with this place! They approved me for financing over the phone a week ago but the car wasn't my first choice colour so I went other places, big mistake. I got the deal of a lifetime on my 2010 used car. David was awesome and even though he's really busy he always made a point to come by and check up on us.
I do agree that it's hard to get them to answer the phone and when you're there you will be waiting a while. I went on a Friday and it took them an hour to pull my car to the front. Perhaps a week day would be a better day to go. Because of the waiting it took three hours to sign paperwork and drive away so if you're going I would say clear the rest of your day. That's the only reason they don't get four stars.
When we get another car I wont even look anywhere else.
