Review content:
We went to Clay Cafe for my daughter's 10th birthday. She was so excited. Each child in the party picked their piece that they wanted to paint. My sister asked about another piece to paint that was the same price and was rudely told that those were not an option for the party.
We were told at the end of the party that it would be a week and a half to two weeks for our stuff to be ready. Also at the end of the party each guest put a thumbprint on the back of a special birthday plate.
Two weeks later I went by to pick up our pieces and they were not ready and I was told to wait for a call. The staff was not friendly at all. A couple of days later the stuff was ready so I went back to get it. We get home with our stuff and find out the special birthday plate with all the thumbprints is missing. I go back up there and they can't find the plate. I was told they had lots of birthdays on that day and that it probably got mixed up with someone else's party stuff. They told me that they would make her an extra special plate to make up for it...but there was no way I was going to be able to get everyone back up there for the thumbprints because we live out of town. I was wondering why they were not calling all the other people who had parties on that same day as ours to check on the plate. Two weeks later I go back again to pick up the new plate which is still not ready. I ask about them calling the other parties from that day and the girl was like...oh yeah we could do that. I was thinking um yeah that would have been the smart thing to do a couple of weeks ago. When they finally got the new plate done I went to pick it up and asked about the calls to the other parties and the girl just says ""we did not hear anything"" and they gave me the new plate which was supposed to be extra special. It is a plate with a flower and my daughter's name on it....pretty plain. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
