I went to see a lady stylist, whose name I prefer not to mention here, last week for a hair cut in Hamburg. I am not happy the way my hair is. She hardly ever did anything even though I told her that I just needed my hair ""trimmed"". It was probably they way I ordered even though I said what I would say to any other stylists. I hate the straight cut, no layers, because I have a lot of hair and when you cut my hair straight and nothing else, it looks like I have a huge head and too much volume. That is exactly what she did to me. My bangs are horrible, this was not how I ordered. They are poking my eye. She did not know how my hair falls, which way some parts of my hair prefer to go etc. If any stylists say that is unpredictable, that is not a professional hairstylist. I did not even realize how awful the haircut was until I got home and I had to fix it myself. I am not going back in to get my hair fixed because I just don't want to make it worse. If I get to see someone else then that is a possibility. If this review is useful to anybody who has never visited the salon, I would suggest to pick someone like an artistic director.
