Review content:
I went to this salon with shoulder length dirty blonde hair. I haven't put a flat iron or curling iron on my hair in 8 months, as I was trying to make it as healthy as possible.
Here's what this stylist did:
1) BLEACH, from roots to ends, and then left me under the dryer for 45 MINUTES WITHOUT ONCE coming to check the process.
2) Proceeded to use a ""toner"" without telling me I'd be charged for it. (Why did she need a toner? Because she had messed my hair up.)
3) I repeatedly told her I DO NOT WANT A TRIM, but when she insisted repeatedly, I allowed it, and she spent maybe 1 minutes, and took off MAYBE 1/4 of an inch.
4) I left with my hair wet because I knew I'd be charged if they blew it dry. I was charged over $145 dollars, the ""HAIRCUT"" was over $40, and they charged me $25 for a toner which I DID NOT ask for.
5) when i got home and blew dry my hair, i cried 5 or 6 times. When i called there and told them, they treated me like I was a pain in the neck, told me that ""i was wrong"" and then hung up on me.
Needless to say, WORST experience of my life. I have never had my hair look so terrible. And the staff there DID NOT care one bit.
Just another head in Planet Salon.
I hope no one else EVER has to feel like I felt today. My hair looks horrible, and my feelings are terribly hurt by how little they cared about how devastated I was.
