Review content:
Let me be clear. I have never left a review before, but I am fed up. I found the link to here from Planet Salon's website. The salon is always filthy and looks like a run down Regis. I overlooked the decor and mess because I loved Zack, his professionalism, and his work . I called three weeks ago and tried to set up an appointment with Zack. The gentleman at the desk told me that Zack was booked ,but he was referring his clients to stylist that were ""just as good"", and made me an appointment with Heather. I left a message for Zack to calm my nerves and was never called back. I kept my appointment with Heather. My haircut was average at best. One side was longer than the other, and she smelled like a cigarette. I called the salon four different times to talk to Zack and was never even given the courtesy of a return call. In fact, I was treated like I was a child, or they had no idea what was going on. I found out during one of these calls that Heather was not even the same ""level"" as Zack. How shady! Goodbye Planet Salon. I guess four years of business means nothing. Pros: Zack Cons: The salon and desk people
