BEWARE of this place. This is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I purchased some moving boxes from this place, and was unsure of how many to get, so I asked if there was a return policy, and the cashier told me no refunds at all. However while i was waiting in line i was looking at the boxes and the box clearly says if box is intact and you have the receipt a full refund will be granted, so I pointed this out and the cashier's remark was ""oh yeah, I guess so then."" After I moved I had about 7 Boxes left over, so I took them back at 3:00pm, and there was a sign on the door that said at lunch will return at 4:00. I returned at 5:20, the door claims store hours are between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, yet the store was still closed. I then came back 2 days later, each day having to load 7 Extra Large boxes into my car, and again the store was closed befor closing hours. I called and left a complaint with the main call center, and nothing happened. I again went back to this store now on a Saturday at 10am, on a mission to get rid of these boxes. I gave the lady my receipt and said i need to retuarn these boxes, and was then told the ""lady who does returns isn't here and to come back on Sunday"". I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I have now given up, and am so sick of this establishment. When I told the cahsier that i had been here 2 times in a week, and the store was always closed, and all I wanted to do was get my money back, she just didnt care, there was no attempt at all to fix the problem. This place is awful, I have never enocuntered such unprofessionalism.
