Yellow ambulance service kentucky are the most unprofessional people you could possibly deal with! In July 2009 my son was taken to Kosair's Hospital. They decided he needed to be transported to another hospital and called yellow ambulance. the hospital had all of my contact info as well as my insurance info. Son was discharged all was well...right?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!! Nearly one year later yellow ambulance contacted me with a bill. When asked why they had not submitted they simply stated they had no info. Is that not their job to collect from the hospital at the time of transport? I had no idea how my son was transported and no dealings with them.
Thanks to them waiting a year , the insurance company doesn't want to pay them. Yellow ambulance takes no responsibility at all for the situation and further has attached the bill in question to my credit report as collection???????? To sum this up...if you are too lazy or disorganized to file the bill or to collect the needed info to do that...then who's fault is that???
Beware who you use and who the hospital calls when they need to transport your loved one.
