Review content:
Usually, I eschew places that try to cook too many different cuisines. I tried Ocha on a whim and found the food better than good. Both the Sushi and Thai are equally superb. They are very fast with their delivery, another plus. This is where the praise ends, unfortunately. I work at a large health care facility that orders out the entire week. We placed a large $60 order with them (about 5 or 6 orders) and they were very pleased by this. They weren't pleased when we asked if we could add one more order when I called back about six minutes later. This was when their fast service was a detriment. They had already sent the order, they said. I told her that I understood but if she would send the order we would wait until he came back that way and didn't have to make a special trip. She flatly refused and told me that we had to order another $15 worth of food. I reminded her we just placed a pretty big order and if she'd do us this favor because I knew we were going to place even bigger orders. The whole facility wanted to order their food the next day. Again, NO! she said...pay another $15, that was 'policy'.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Small Portions, Slightly Expensive, Rude Management, Bad Business Manners
