I am so upset and feel taken advantage of. Took my 15year old to get a manicure and pedicure for her first prom. Called made an apt, they said it would be $25. Took her and went next door to get a card, came back, waited until she was done, went up to pay and they said it would be $45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked why they said, well we asked her & she said yes. I said no I confirmed it only to be $25. They knew I was very particular with the price and took advantage of me and my 15 year old daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She didnt know what they were saying because you cant understand them................. Shouldnt it be $25 for a manicure & pedicure???? Not adding on $3 for taking polish of? $2 for whatever else they add on in the language you cant even understand with the mask over their mouth.
THIS IS JUST PLAIN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!!!
