Review content:
I was referred here by my surgeon in April 2012. My first few visits were fine, although it was a tiny facility and crowded, with only one therapist and one non-therapist tech.
After that, they gave me a routine that they just expected me to follow on my own without any assistance basically every time I came in for 16 weeks. They were friendly, but not very professional. They charged me $150 per 45 minute session. For that money I could have hired a personal trainer to do actual therapy at my home! They also didn't clean the equipment or tables between patients, which really grossed me out. You basically come in, do your routine, and listen to them talk about their personal lives for an hour. I kept expecting the environment to get better but it never did. Previously I had been to Mercy After Hours on Mustang Rd. which has a much better/ cleaner facility with all certified, trained therapists.
I will go back to Mercy next time. I don't see how Valir in Mustang stays in business. It got 2 stars just because the employees are friendly.
