Review content:
I visited the Rocklin office of this chain. I will give them one star for the office staff because they were pleasant. I have a DHMO dental plan that has co-pays for services. I need some crowns so when I went to this dentist they must have seen a gold mine instead of just dollar signs. They only offer crowns that are made on-site and on my plan has a $525 co-pay and they add a lab fee of $375, which makes a total of $900 a crown. There are several other options for crowns covered under my plan, however Smile Time offers only their high price-tag crowns. I'm sure this applies to their other services as well. This is, in my opinion, price fixing. If you want to get your teeth fixed without taking out a second mortgage on your house, find another dentist. I would never recommend this chain for anyone. If you do go, sit on your wallet.
