I was disappointed with the alteration work done at Stitch-It. After a $300 bill the alterations were done sloppily. After returning for re-altering (hours are 9-5 M-F - not covenient- no appointments accepted) per company policy, they said the items were not tailored properly and presented an extra $150 bill. I was treated poorly by the employees, and the owner was disinterested in my comments about the experience, but did give me a refund - saying I had ""assumed too much"" by thinking my tailoring would be done properly. No pricing list, so definitely ask what the charge is before leaving items - Many seem surprised with their bills! I will not use them again based on this experience. I did recommend Stitch-It to others but will not do so in the future.
Pros: conveniently located, good parking, fast
Cons: expensive, rude, poor workmanship
