Review content:
I have had a number of things altered here in the past and had been pleased with the service. However, they seem to have achieved just enough success that they don't really care about customers anymore. I went to them with a pair of cotton slacks that needed to be hemmed. No fancy altering needed - just a straight out hem job. They told me it would take a week and cost $18. You've got to be kidding! When I told the girl I thought that was a little excessive, she told me I didn't have to leave them there. I took her up on her offer and found a much better deal. I ended up driving a mile or two down the road to a dry cleaners and getting them hemmed, pressed, returned to me the same day, for $10. The owner would do well to realize that the customer bringing in the inexpensive cotton pants for hemming today, may be the same customer that needs a wedding dress altered tomorrow. Blowing us off isn't good business.
