Businiess name:  Stone Bar

For God's sake the Dunkin' Donuts in Stroudsburg gets an 8.4 on this site. The Stone Bar has been delievering the best all around dining experience in the Pocono area for the past 2 decades (I believe). The food here is American classic. I'm not talking about burgers and cheesesteaks o.k. I'm talking Wild Game Entree (Boar, Vension), Crab Cakes with Romulade sauce that you would trip your grandma down a flight of steps to get at. Andy (the chef/owners name is Andrew Moore - I always think to myself Andy is the best chef in this area as if I know him - I don't) has an app. that is Bake Brie with apples and some kind of raspberry sauce (that's right sounds odd but is heavan in your mouth) that is glorious. Andy's (it's fun to think of him as Andy I don't know why) sauces are a staple to his dishes (see Romulade sauce). His Romano Crusted Chicken with peppers is better than my Italian ancestors intended. Go here. The bar always mixes up the Best Martini's too. You can thank me later.
