Purchased a used gun here from many that were on display for sale in this shop. Encouraged by the saleman to buy a 9mm since it easy to load and handle and I've in the past had no experience with guns .Thought the sale was in good faith. Took the gun to the range in the hope of learning how to use, it jammed continously. Brought it back to TRI-CITY and 3 times was told to bring back to be serviced by their gunsmith who just happen to be out of town on all my trips to their shop. On the 4th trip to Tri-City the saleperson was there and remembered me well, so was another gentleman that idenified himself as the owner of the shop. After hearing my story the supposed owner (?) was over the top discourteous, rude, offensive and blantanly refused to stand behind his merchandise. Initally when the gun was purchased I was told by the salesperson how they stand behind their sale and that the gun was fit for use (buyer beware). The owner loudly intervened with remarks that were so unbeliveable its ureal this guy is still in business. My purchase was for a couple of hundred dollars and is not fit for use. Save yourself some grief and don't patronize this shop and expect to be treated with dignity, fairness and respect. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced don't know how these people stay in business! BUYER BEWARE !
