I am very disappointed with the Campbells store on 3101 E 10th st in Sioux Falls SD. I purchased a pair of clearanced boots for my husband for a christmas gift on Tuesday 20th of dDecember. When i got home I realized that i bought a size 8 instead a 8 1/2. I went back on Wednesday 21st to exchange the boots and was told that they could not exchange since they are a closeout item. I understand but I just purchased them the day before, it is a christmas gift, they were never worn, and what is this company really out of by exchanging these boots. One thing they are out of is my business. I work retail and I understand policies but of course there are exceptions.
