I ordered a cake from this bakery because the cakes looked really tasty. I also ordered it because it's directly across the street from Bliss Bar. I was hosting a party at Bliss Bar and thought since I was dropping $65 on a quarter sheet of cake that the bakery could walk it across the street to Bliss Bar. I asked twice and was told that this was impossible. I couldn't understand as to why a walk across the street would be too much to ask. Apparently it was too much to ask for a tad bit of customer service. In this day and time consumers do not have to put up with bad service. This is truly customer service at its worst. I would never ever recommend this bakery to a soul.
Pros: I would have rated this place with zero stars; however the computer would not let me post my comments unless I rated at least 1 star.
Cons: Terrible service overrides the quality of the cakes.
