THE AVAILABLE RESOURCES ARE GIVEN TO ME AND ALSO THE ENCOURAGEMENT THAT I WAS GIVEN BY MS.CARMEN WAS FANTASTIC. I WILL ALWAYS CALL HERE FOR BUSINESS GUIDIANCE.WHEN I WANTED TO GET A BUS SERVICE STARTED SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND SHOWED ME THE WAY I SHOULD TAKE FIRST . ALSO MS. CARMEN GAVE ME THE RESOURCES AND THE HELP FROM HER OFFICE TO START THE PROPOSAL FOR THIS SERVICES.
